Full Payment is due at the time of Registration and not on the day of the class. This will guarantee you a confirmed seat. If you do not want to pay in advance, we will be glad to register you on the day of the class provided seats are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

MAIL REGISTRATION
Enclose with your registration form a check or money order payable to 'The Knowledge Shop' for the course tuition plus $6 registration fee. We can also accept payment with Visa, MasterCard or AMEX.

2. BAD WEATHER CANCELLATION
If inclement weather causes us to cancel a class, you will be offered the next section or a credit for another class. No refunds.

3. PROCESSING FEE
A non-refundable $6 registration processing fee is charged each time you register for classes or events. A $45 fee will apply to all bounced checks.

4. CANCELLATION & REFUND CONDITIONS
(A) All cancellations must be done during our published business hours
(B) If you cancel 3 business days before the day the class begins, we will issue a credit voucher (valid for six months) for the price of the class, or alternatively refund the price of the course less $15.
(C) If you cancel class less than 3 business days before the class begins, you will be entitled to a class credit Voucher (valid for six months) valued at 75% of the class price, or alternatively refund 50% of the price of the course. In either case, the minimum penalty will be $15.
(D) If you cancel on the day of the class, before the class begins, you will be entitled to a class credit Voucher (valid for six months) valued at 50% of the class price. No refunds will be given.
(E) No refunds or Credit will be given after the class begins and You dont show up for the Class.
(F) As we have absorbed all of the costs of the class, please do not ask for exceptions.
(G) Classes with more than one date are sold as a whole entity. Please plan your schedule to make all classes.
(H) No refunds, credits or transfers for partially attended classes.
(I) You can substitute a friend to take the class that you have registered for & cannot take.
(J) Refunds will be given only in the unlikely event that The Knowledge Shop cancels a class.
(K) Knowledge Shop reserves the right to cancel a class when there is low registration or because of circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is strictly limited to the class fee collected.
(L) Registration fee is a processing charge and is not refundable.

5. CONFIRMATIONS
The Knowledge Shop does not provide written confirmations or tickets. Registered participants’ names appear on an enrollment list at the class.

6. OUR GUARANTEE
Our courses are regularly evaluated by participants; however, not all classes are right for everyone. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please write to us. We will issue an in-house credit voucher for the price of the class. This policy applies only to classes held at The Knowledge Shop premises.

7. PRIVACY
Our subscriber list is NOT made available to other companies or individuals. We value every subscriber and respect your privacy. If at any time you wish to cancel your subscription, please let us know.
